  We ate here a few times during a spell of bad weather while camping in a different area of Whiteshell. The service was always very friendly and efficient. The food offered is a mix of 'homestyle cafe'. We tried a few different menu items from burgers to salads to breakfast. Everything was excellent. As well, they are licensed and have a nice big patio.

  (I’ll forgive you Saturday’s fiasco when the very new and “efficient” waitress, was so busy “being efficient” in rambling off questions to me about my order, so efficient, she completely missed what my answers were. Felt a bit like a CIA interrogation. “Over easy, eggs must not be runny” is a thing where I come from…So we did not eat the runny eggs you served us. She clearly trained at Mc Donald’s, or similar establishment where we don’t eat. We were back the next day though, for a superb Reuben! )

  Had an awesome burger and curly fries here, fast service and delicious food. Should have come here more often while staying at the lake. Will do next time. They even have a bar and sports on the TV.

  Have stopped here for a tea and ice cream a couple times when camping in the nearby campground. Wonderful atmosphere.

  We visit this location often when traveling through the area. They make a stupendous Reuben sandwich and their curly fries are as incredible. Really great staff too, always friendly, even though you can see they are working very hard to keep things as great as it is. It’s a great place to eat with fantastic food.

  Very tasty but burger was a frozen patty and could tell that the curly fries were not homemade. They do not have a menu like you would expect in this kind of restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
